I started my career in real estate as a young boy helping my parents remodel their rental properties. Spending my weekends and summers painting, mowing, spreading gravel, and fixing broken items taught me the value of Real Estate first hand. After going to Washington State University and earning my Bachelors degree in Real Estate and Business Law in 2004 I became a full time Real Estate Broker working for the top real estate office in Pierce County & top in the State of WA where I achieved multiple awards for sales. After 9 years it was time to start working for my clients interests 110% so in 2013 I opened my own firm Calhoun Real Estate LLC and things couldn't be better!

We care about your pocket book and will represent your best interests first and foremost every time with our strong negotiating skills, knowledge of the market places, and the fact that all three of our brokers put our money where our mouth is. We personally buy, sell and rent multiple properties a year so we understand the process from the inside out because we all do it ourselves and grew up around parents that taught us the mean of hard work! We all three have had families that buy and sold real estate all our lives so we saw how you can use real estate to generate wealth. We want to work for you and show you what we know and we will work extra hard so you are the winner in the end, unlike big offices looking for another paycheck and sales numbers we are here to share the secrets in how to be successful in real estate.

Cassie is our commercial office/retail/vacant land & residential homes & land specialist. She currently lives in South Pierce County but works all over the Puget Sound region as well as across the State. She has bought & sold numerous homes herself, owned rental properties and is currently managing large portfolios of commercial properties. Ryan is the managing broker and owner of Calhoun Real Estate LLC. He has been doing real estate since he got his Business Law & Real Estate degree from Washington State University. He has been a licensed Broker for 20 years with that he has gained tons of knowledge in all aspects of real estate from flipping home, land development, new construction, leasing, vacant land, residential and on the commercial side. He worked for the number one firm in the State early in his career winning multiple awards for sales. Now he has geared his business to help get the customer top dollar in their pockets by doing what's right for the customer first all the while making sure we can make the process fun and exciting and help use our experience and knowledge to minimize risk for our clients. He currently lives in Ellensburg but was born and raised in Graham/Puyallup area. He works on both sides of the state from state line to state line and currently owns multiple rental properties in Pierce, Lewis & Kittitas County.
